Is the system reusable or disposable?

 Reusable. Pinel's system is made from a specialized blend of fabrics designed to withstand years of continuous use.

How do you wash the system?

The fabric is antimicrobial. For cleaning, simply use soap and water. Please refer to the washing instructions for full details.

When should products be replaced?

As a general guideline, every 2–3 years, depending on usage, washing, and patient population. Contact our team for full details.

Do you provide training?

Yes. A variety of training materials including an online training portal is available. AHS inc. provides our customers in-services virtually and in-person. Contact our team for more details.

Is the system only used in hospitals?

No. It is used across multiple industries, including hospitals, correctional facilities, long-term care, air safety, and ambulances.

Is Pinel Medical licensed / certified (Health Canada, FDA, CE, etc.)?

The Pinel System holds the following certifications: FDA, CE, MDL, and MDEL.
